Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect almost nothing, we track nobody, and we never give your address to a company.

1. The short version
- You do not need an account to use anything on this site.
- The calculators store nothing. What you type stays in your browser.
- There are no advertising pixels, no social pixels, no session replay and no cross-site tracking anywhere on this site.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.
- The only personal information we hold is an email address, and only if you chose to give us one.

3. What we collect
If you sign up for email
Your email address, the fact that you consented, roughly when, and which page you signed up from. That is all. We use it to send you the updates you asked for.
If you write to us
Whatever you put in your message, so we can answer it. Please do not send us detailed medical information — we cannot advise on it and we would rather not hold it.
Automatically
Our host records standard server and security logs — IP address, time, page requested, user agent — to serve pages and defend against attacks. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
We do not collect anything you enter into a calculator, because it never leaves your browser. We do not use analytics that identify you. We do not fingerprint your device, and we do not infer anything about your health.
4. The mailing list belongs to the Collective
This one matters enough to have its own section. If you give us your email address, that address is the charity's, and it is used only to send you what you asked for.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or make it available for marketing to Cozy Butter LLC, GLP-1 Studio LLC, or any other company — including companies connected to our own Executive Director. If you are also on one of their lists, it is because you signed up there separately.
Every email we send carries a working unsubscribe link, our name, and our postal address.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
6. Republished content
The Evening Edition and Patient Lens are published here in full. Reading them here does not send anything about you to their original publishers. Links to outside reporting are ordinary links — following one takes you to a site with its own privacy practices.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Write to contact@glp1collective.org. We answer within 45 days, and will tell you if we need longer.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
8. How long we keep things
Email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete, then removed within 30 days. Correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it. Server logs on our host's ordinary short retention cycle.
9. Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Health information
We are not a healthcare provider and not a HIPAA covered entity. Because much of what we publish concerns a medical condition, we also maintain a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describing our practices under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws. Read it alongside this one.
11. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will post the new version with a new version number and effective date, and give notice before it takes effect.
